A day from an aerospace student's life at bristol university, uk

So,

got awaken by the fire alarm at stupid o'clock this morning (just a normal drill, nothing serious) and when it was all over, i came back to my room, plunged into my bed only for my alarm clock to go off...6 in the bloody morning!!!

ok, got up, dressed, ate had breakfast and started to revise for aeronautics test tomorrow. Then felt incredibly sleepy again....Had a power nap for 30 minutes then went to my last french class, 2 hours of pure joy and fun!!

then what??

then, printed of some lecture notes, revised some more, met up with some friends for a bit of banter, had lunch and at about 1 30 pm, buggered off to my wing build session ( A 3 hour shannanigan which includes building a wing from strach, using calculations, materials etc)

Today we started to assemble the skins together with the stringers and possibly the spars, although we found that the spars were pretty shit... Oh well :)

It is 10 to 9 in the evening and i have an aeronautics test tomorrow for which i frantically revised today almost whenever i had a bit of free time.

And this is not all!!! We have exams coming up! Oh yeah!

hello again

mda, sunt o mare fana a muzicii anilor 60-70 etc. Lucru rar intalnit printre cei de generatia mea. personal, muzica veche e muzica, asta e noua e zgomot, e muzica de ghetou, sugereaza violenta, snobism si inteligenta putina, e de-a dreptul "lame". Ok , sunt putini artisti moderni buni si mult respect pt ei.....

Sa nu creada cineva ca eu ma dar mare cunoscatoare, dar stiu sa fac diferenta intre stiluri, stiu sa spun cand sintezizatoarele sunt uzate mult prea des in cantece si cand versurile nu au nici o valoare.

Acum 3 ani, de ziua mea, am primit o chitara. Nici la momentul de fata nu o stapanesc prea bine, nu cunosc decat cateva game si cateva acorduri. Sfat pt cei care incearca sa invete singuri sa cante la chitara( printre care si eu): cantece de pe net! Si sa nu aiba cineva impresia ca se poate fara sa inveti sa citesti notele !

Si daca cumva cineva se gandeste ce legatura are titlul articolului cu ce scriu.......cauta versurile pe net, vezi ce artist e si educa-te!!!!;);)

Acest blog va fi ca un fel de jurnal personal al meu. Voi scrie chestii pe care le gandesc, le fac si mai ales toate tampeniile mari sau mici care mi se intampla:) O sa fie amuzante si din belsug va asigur.

Putin despre mine... Ma numesc Alexandra Maria Stefanescu, sunt studenta in primul an la Aerospatiale in Marea Britanie. A! alt subiect interesant despre care as putea sa scriu ar fii comparatia dintre UK si Romania. As vrea sa stiti ca sunt lucruri rele si naspa si aici, si lucruri misto in tara noastra de care unii straini sunt deprivati.

Poate cateodata voi scrie in engleza..Sau poate nu.
